Dr. Domon completed a doctoral course in pharmaceutical science at the university of Tokyo, and subsequently started working at the pharmaceutical company, Novartis. After having engaged in pharmacovigilance for several years, he decided to make a transition from healthcare industry to consulting.
He joined BCG and experienced many projects pertaining to healthcare, energy, insurance, and so forth. Dr. Domon, who had been gradually interested in contribution to job candidates, finally made a decision to join Concord, which makes him have supported many business leaders until now.
