糸永 隆介｜Ryusuke Itonaga

After graduating from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with BSc in Management, Ryusuke Itonaga started his career at an education company. Besides being a school teacher and US/UK university application counsellor, he also experienced the launch of a new language school brand as a franchise business.
He then turned to a business consultant at Genex Partners and engaged in both domestic and global projects in various themes such as management strategy planning and operation transformation in media, healthcare, and financial industry. He also experienced change management and implementations of HCM solutions for several global companies at another global operation consulting firm.
He joined Concord with passion to accompany the business leaders facing a crossroads.

London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), BSc Management卒業。教育事業会社に入社し、塾・学校での指導、インターナショナルスクールでの海外大学出願指導、英語教室のFC事業の立ち上げ・推進に取り組む。
その後、日系戦略コンサルティングファームのジェネックスパートナーズに入社。メディア・ヘルスケア・金融等のクライアント企業を対象に、経営計画策定・業務改善・システム導入など幅広いテーマで国内・グローバル案件を担当。仏系コンサルティングファームに転じ、国内外のクライアント企業に対するHCMソリューションの導入・チェンジマネジメントなどを担当。
人生の岐路に立つビジネスリーダーのキャリア構築に伴走したいとの思いからコンコードに参画。
