杉森智之｜Tomoyuki Sugimori

Tomoyuki Sugimori graduated from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Tokyo and began his career at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC (currently Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC).
He specialized in organizational and human resource consulting, delivering support across a wide range of projects, including HR system transformation for a major energy company, talent development strategy for a global manufacturer, workforce policy design for a central government agency, and HR due diligence (HRDD) for large-scale M&A transactions.
He has also actively contributed to his company's recruitment activities, with extensive experience as an interviewer and speaker at various recruitment events.His strong interest in career education has led him to volunteer for student career development programs.
Since joining Concord Executive Group, he has leveraged his practical experience as a management consultant to sincerely engage with clients in their career design, providing career support that maximizes each individual's potential.

略歴

東京大学文学部卒業後、デロイトトーマツコンサルティング（現：合同会社デロイトトーマツ）に新卒入社。
組織・人事コンサルティングを専門とし、大手エネルギー企業の人事制度改定、グローバルメーカーの人材育成戦略策定、中央官庁による人材活用政策策定、大手企業のM&Aに伴う人事DD等を支援。
自社の採用活動にも積極的に関与し、採用面接官としての経験、採用イベントへの登壇経験も多数。

キャリア教育への関心も高く、学生向けのキャリア教育ボランティアとしての活動も行っている。
