兼重 将浩｜Masahiro Kaneshige

After graduating from Osaka Univ. with B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees, Masahiro Kaneshige was involved in the design and development of next-gen. electric vehicles at Hitachi and an automotive manufacturer.

Then, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he was engaged in a wide range of projects from strategy formulation to implementation support as a manager, mainly in the automotive industry and public sector. He also received MBA from Waseda University to further deepen his understanding of management.

After that, he joined Concord Executive Group.

略歴

大阪大学基礎工学部・同大学院基礎工学研究科卒業後、 日立製作所や自動車メーカーにて次世代電動車の設計開発に携わる。その後、デロイトトーマツコンサルティングに入社。
自動車業界や官公庁を中心に経営戦略策定から実行支援まで、マネジャーとして幅広いPJを担当する。経営への理解を更に深めるべく早稲田大学ビジネススクールにてMBAを取得し、コンコードに参画。
